I wanted to let you know that he was an exceptional individual who excelled at his job. He was professional, personable, funny, prepared, and truly made our time in Cleveland enjoyable. It was clear that he came well-prepared for our needs every day and took care of the logistics in an efficient, safe, and effective manner. The best part, though, was that he was a genuinely nice person that we loved being around. He loves his city and answered all of our questions with an enthusiasm and sincere interest, even tracking down some extra information on the heritage of one particular monument we asked about. There were some great highlights to our time in Cleveland- but I know that our whole crew shares my opinion that when we look back on our time there, Bryan will stand out as the nicest person we met ... and someone that made a big difference in our visit.
