Many lab tests were ignored and symptoms overlooked.
Visited urgent care beginning of July for my wife as we were in town visiting family. Front desk staff does not know what they are doing. The address they had on file was old address and they said they would update it, a month later i call the billing department and after waiting 20-30 mins to speak to someone the address is still not correct and am told my wife needs to call to update address. This should have be done in the first place! If you can avoid going here I recommend it. I would give zero stars if I could.
They just want your money. After clearly being very ill they took a ton of tests (including blood) and came back with "well we can't really determine anything." Won't trust them again!
This place is not where you should go. Most of the staff are incredibly rude and arragant. They show no compassion or not a single sense of caring. If you do not have insurance they won't tell you any prices for absolutely anything. I was giving a estimate for an ultrasound of $200 to $2000 dollars. Still waiting to see what the actual price will be. Kathy the ultrasound nurse was great and extremely kind. She was the only one to make this visit a little less worse. Don't come here.
I appreciated my physician, however, they don't take insurance for those with low income. My physician was the only one who accepted Medicaid at the Practice. Very disappointing. Some of the other doctors (when covering for my doctor) weren't very concerned about anything other than getting me out of there.
Staff needs some bedside manner training...they also have no idea how their mean and insensitive attitudes and words travel and affect others...
