Love this place! So bright and colorful. The staff is friendly and kind. The lady who did my son's x-rays was so sweet, personable, and interactive with him. She was great with my 4 year old daughter when she cleaned her teeth. They make it exciting to come and visit the dentist. Love the games in the lobby to keep them entertained while you wait. The Tvs for them to watch a movie while their teeth is getting clean is great. My son wanted to stay till the movie ended. Great experience all the way around.
Excellent staff. Today as I was driving my kiddos for their cleaning I realized it's been almost 7 years that we have been coming. They have been wonderful from Day one and continue on. I love the speed, efficiency, and kindness in which they treat all their patients. For us to have 9 children's teeth cleaned in about an hour, including setting up next appointments...you cannot beat that! Thanks for taking care of my kids' teeth and helping them feel special!
I took my 3 year old for her first checkup and this place was awesome! They provided documents for me to fill out at home so we could get into our appointment with minimal wait time. The staff was so friendly and very patient. The hygienist walked my daughter through every step of the checkup and cleaning and showed her what she was doing before she did it, which helped my daughter stay calm and engaged. They even gave me an extra toothbrush for my 7 month old for whenever she gets teeth! The only negative I have is that the hours aren't great for working parents, but not many places are, so I really can't even complain about that. I HIGHLY recommend!
I took my 3 year old son here for his very first dental visit. I was beyond impressed with everything about Great Beginnings. They sent the paperwork ahead of time, so I could fill everything out prior to getting to the appointment. The dental hygienist was so welcoming and friendly, and showed both my son and me around the entire office. She explained every step of the process with both of us, while she was checking his teeth. They even have an awesome play room for children to hang out in while the dentist/hygienist and I spoke. This place has thought of EVERYTHING!! My son has asked me every day since his check up "Mom, do I get to go back to the dentist today?" As we checked out, I felt like we had the 100% attention of every staff member. It really seems like everyone cares and it is a group effort, and I appreciate that as a parent! Thank you again, for making our first visit so wonderful. We're both looking forward to our next apt. in 6 months!
My 4 and 2 year olds had their first visits today and I was completely impressed with the entire staff at Great Beginnings (along with the facility). Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The staff was very patient with my daughters who were experiencing some anxiety about their first visits. The facility was very clean and appealing to young children in every way. I would highly recommend Great Beginnings to anyone looking for exceptional pediatric dental care.
