I've always found these guys to be professional and helpful. They will try to upsell me at times, but they have been honest about what is really needed and willing to work with me to fit a budget.
The guys at the Reminderville location have completed the work to my complete satisfaction. They located the source of the tire noise made excellent recommendations and provided prompt repairs. If you need any work done I suggest taking your car to these gentlemen. Fanstastic job!
This place is a total rip off. I went and got 4 new tires put on and about a week later I started hearing my exhaust getting louder. I looked underneath my car and noticed a crack in the pipe connecting to my muffler. So I took my car in to get an estimate. The price I was told from Phil was laughable, $1,268.18. He tried to tell me that they need to replace the whole exhaust because it's a factory OEM and they can not just weld the pipe back on. This Phillip Mononen guy doesn't have a clue. I took my car into Monroe Tire and Muffler in Solon, Ohio and had the job fixed for $324, with a brand new muffler. Will never ever recommend Conrad's or ever go back there again. RIP OFF
